I believe that a healthy diet is crucial for optimal health and wellbeing. As a Nutritional Health Coach I can help you learn ways to use food as a way to address specific health symptoms or issues.
The results are plentiful, and often include increased energy, healthier weight, increased confidence, clearer mind and a healthier relationship with food and cravings.
During your 1:1 session we will discuss your health concerns and goals, medical history, lifestyle factors and current diet. This includes detailed follow up notes with recipes, recommendations and additional research relevant to your health.
